DRINKS

The simplest and most natural drink of beverages and the only essential for the survival of living organisms is water.The average consumption of liquid in a temperate climate is 1 litre par day,but needs vary according to the climate and the diet.FOR EXAMPLE,salted or sweetened dishes all increase the thirst.
Water-based drinks,which may be still or sparkling,hot or cold,include lemonade soda,and syrup,infusions,tea,coffee and chocolate.Drinks of vegetable origin may or may not be alcoholic,for example,fruit and vegetable juices.


FRUIT JUICES
A fruit juices is the liquid extracted from a fruit by pressure or by centrifugal force.Fruit juices is refreshing drinks,rich in a vitamins which can be drunk plain or diluted with water or soda water.
Concentrated fruit juices have been developed,either in liquid or in crystal which can be diluted to test.The fruit juice most widely consumed are apple,orange,grapefruit pineapple and tomato.
Vegetable juices are served as well,for example carrot juice.

MINERAL WATER
Mineral waters contain variable proportions of minerals.There are subject to health control and some of them are excellent table.Sold in glass or plastic bottles,they are becoming very popular in many part of the world.
Mineral waters should not be confused with sparkling waters which have had pure gases added to them and are often drunk with liquors.
True mineral waters have therapeutic properties come from authorized,springs and general contain carbondioxide and mineral salt.
Manufactured mineral waters includes soda water,ginger ale,tonic water,lemonade,bitter lemon,coca-cola ect.
For service,quantity of mineral water is poured into the table glass and the rest placed on the table in the correct position.
